Month-Of Coordination is perfect for couples that are confident in planning their day. They have all the details ironed out, vendors booked, and dotted all their "I's" and crossed their "T's". In The Details Company will be there for the final month before your big day. This includes running over timelines, buttoning up last minute details, and organization of vendors. In The Details Company wants you to enjoy and soak in every moment of your special day - the last thing you should be doing is handling vendor questions or mitigating issues. We have it all covered!

All packages have the ability to be customized to what fits YOUR needs! Add-ons are available for your choosing.

Before Your Wedding Day

• Unlimited communication via email, text, or online portal

• One venue walk-through meeting

• Two one-hour planning meetings

• Coordination and organization with vendors (30 days prior to wedding)

• Construction of wedding day timeline

• Ceremony rehearsal with all bridal party members

• Access to helpful documents including (photography list, timeline, etc.)

• Problem solve any foreseen hiccups in a calm demeanor

Wedding Day

• Your personal team of wedding day coordinators to manage all vendors from start-to-finish

• Coordinate all vendor set-up to execute your vision and details

• Gathering of all bridal party members, and solidifying proper ceremony etiquette

• Advocation for your vision, and handling any issues that may arise

• Making sure YOU are enjoying your day, and not bringing issues to your plate.. but handling them with class and respect

Wedding Day cont.

• Ensure personal decor/items is set up with consideration of chosen layout

• Execution of a wonderful ceremony processional and recessional

• Whisking you away to a private post-ceremony location to enjoy time with your new husband/wife to sign all legal documents (where you will also enjoy a nice beverage and snack)

• Timeline management from ceremony to reception

• Distribution of vendor tips/payments as needed

• Load all personal items into chosen vehicle at end of the night for safe-keeping

• Coordinate chosen grand-exit

• Manage tear-down process, and finalize that everything is gathered before In The Details Company departs ...and more!
